Elevance Health Ranks as One of America’s Most JUST Companies

For the fifth year in a row, JUST Capital has recognized Elevance Health among America’s “most just” companies. The JUST 100 list recognizes companies demonstrating the business behaviors that matter most to Americans.

Each year, JUST Capital polls the American public to determine which social and environmental issues matter most to them. JUST then evaluates and ranks companies based on their key commitments and performance in areas the public deemed most important.

Areas assessed for 2023 include:

• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies
• Community development and support
• Environmental sustainability
• Pay and work-life balance

Elevance Health ranked second within the healthcare industry and 30^th overall out of the 951 companies assessed. Among companies in the healthcare industry, Elevance Health ranked first in two categories: how a company minimizes its environmental impact and its commitment to good governance. When it comes to how it treats its customers, Elevance Health ranked second in the healthcare industry and eighth overall.
